I have to pay to have tehnical support
Why I have to pay to get technical support? I don’t need nothing premium, just to answer at my questions, doesn’t matter if you will answer in 1-2 days. But now I can not reach any support, this is so bad, I can not access my account and I’m not getting any help.

Enable receiving emails at username@yahoo.com as well as local domain
For older yahoo accounts created with a local domain like @yahoo.co.uk or @yahoo.co.in emails sent to @yahoo.com are not received. Please enable the receipt of emails sent to @yahoo.com as well as local domain.

bigger delete box
The small box you check mark to delete should be bigger. (at least taller) so when you are check marking a lot of emails to delete - it stops opening up the email accidently. Wastes a lot of time when trying to get the arrow right over that box. Thanks!

Fees
I am upset with your policies. In this year of Covid-19, with financial hardship across the world, you find it acceptable to raise pro-mail fees over 75%. The cost of living is only 1.3% this year. Many are out of jobs and suffering. Yahoo finds it OK to pick the pockets of their customer.

You have deleted my old emails for no apparent reason. Restore them now!
I was using Outlook until your stupid verizon tie up decided to stop that unless one of three options were used to amend access/ login were made. NONE OF THOSE WORKED!
I informed you that they didn't work...but no reply from you.Outlook was set to 'leave original message on original server'. They were safely there until recently. Cannot upgrade to Yahoo Mail Pro or Access + Forwarding
Automatic email forwarding will be discontinued in free Yahoo from 1 Jan 2021 and I am unable to upgrade browser-based Yahoo Mail to Pro with a non-US VISA card or PayPal.

Unfortunately, we're only accepting cards that are mostly registered within the US. If your card does not have a US billing address, your bank must support AVS (Address Verification System) for it to work.Our banks (including VISA cards) are subject to Financial Intelligence Centre Act.
Ironically, I can update Android app with SAME card via Google payments, lol.
I have never encountered such a restriction…

Ad blocker is for my protection, not to deny you ad revenue
Until third-party ads stop being a significant source of malware, using an ad blocker is a smart, even necessary, protective measure. When you can assure me that it's not possible for a malicious ad to make its way into my browser via Yahoo or any ad network is uses, I'll be happy to add Yahoo to my whitelist.

Yahoo Mail Pro vs Yahoo Mail Pro on Mobile
Please make it much more clear what the difference is between subscribing to "Yahoo Mail Pro on Mobile" from iOS and subscribing to "Yahoo Mail Pro" on the website. This is very confusing. The mobile subscription is much cheaper. For instance, does the mobile subscription include email forwarding, or does it only remove ads when on mobile?

Why has Yahoo Mail decided to alienated millions of it's users.
I have used yahoo mail for many years. Millions of yahoo users believe in our Presidents right to contest this election. I constantly get unwanted emails from yahoo that insult our President. Why does yahoo deliberately alienate millions of yahoo users with these emails? Even if yahoo is correct in their claims, it only serves to ensure yahoo will lose those users. I for one, plan to close my yahoo account as soon as I can get all of my contacts to start using my other email account. I know many others that will be doing the same.

We have PAID for business email for many MANY years and yahoo said that wasn't enough so they have plastered ads EVERYWHERE. Then they said that wasn't enough so they decided to now promote ads with *********** and GROTESQUE images!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? YAHOO IS PROMOTING BLATANT *********** TO ANYONE AT ANY AGE WITHOUT ANY CONSENT!!!

Punishment Countdown before I can access my mail
Please stop the punishment countdown for having an ad blocker which has just started appearing. It is downright nasty behaviour. Yahoo with ads is horrible.
