Stop deleting my old emails
You have deleted my old emails for no apparent reason. Restore them now!
I was using Outlook until your stupid verizon tie up decided to stop that unless one of three options were used to amend access/ login were made. NONE OF THOSE WORKED!
I informed you that they didn't work...but no reply from you.
Outlook was set to 'leave original message on original server'. They were safely there until recently. I have used Yahoo for years but it is clearly time to move onto a reliable email as you cannot be trusted any more and your 'HELP' system is a joke.
