How can we improve New Mail?

I have to pay to have tehnical support

Why I have to pay to get technical support? I don’t need nothing premium, just to answer at my questions, doesn’t matter if you will answer in 1-2 days. But now I can not reach any support, this is so bad, I can not access my account and I’m not getting any help.
