Get rid of Unsubscribe or Add Undo Unsubscribe option in Settings
If you won't outright get rid of the Unsubscribe feature, you should at least give a more stable way to undo this unwanted feature, other than a brief button that disappears before I get a chance to acknowledge it. You make if far to easy to hit unsubscribe by accident and far too difficult to undo it. You need an undo feature in settings. I can no longer get needed emails from important sources because of the unnecessary unsubscribe feature - it's becoming a deal breaker. No one needs this feature. storage changes
Hi Yahoo,
May I ask where do find what i need extra storage to 25 GB which would just be the upgrade needed.
My feedback in this situation would be in fact - hoping you can take it into consideration - from 1 TB, which is clearly overspecced / overspecified to 15 GB is a steep jump which you are asking from your many customers.
Meanwhile i cannot find the intermediate service which is paying a reasonably priced subscription to just add 10 GB storage of email use to 15 GB, taking my email allowance to 25 GB.

Why am I still seeing adds and having email storage rejections after paying for no adds?
I've paid for "no adds" and am still receiving adds on my laptop. I also paid for additional storage at the same time and don't believe that it's been added.

Please Change Yahoo’s .com/.ca Domain Policy and Fix the Lack of Accessible Support
I have an old Microsoft account that’s linked to my Yahoo recovery email, but the domain is set to ".com" instead of ".ca." In the past, this wasn’t an issue because emails sent to either domain would arrive at my inbox. However, now emails sent to the ".com" domain bounce back as “mailbox not found.” I never received notice of this policy change, nor was there any guidance or assistance provided for such situations.
This has left me unable to recover my Microsoft account because Yahoo offers no way to forward or redirect recovery emails from the ".com" domain to…Hi there! Sorry for the frustration. filter by reply address
The filters fail on spam when the spammer fools around with the "from" address field to trick the filter by not matching the actual sender address. Instead, the "reply" address is shown.
Here is an example in quotes:
"From: Health Secrets Reply.FvUYdCa@KaZbUjN.goverritoric.com"
We need the "from" filter to also apply to text contained in the "reply" portion of their address. This spammer is flooding my inbox using different prefixes. If I could filter by "goverritoric" it would catch every one, and I could send directly to trash.

login..password..5(!) times a catcha picture of code...I thought, why ??? so I activated 2-step-security, maybe then you will accept its me ! But no. Now I have: inlog, password, catcha-pictures (no I'm not a robot) ánd the 2-step security... so bloody annoying for checking email. Even if I am at the same place/ buiding as a few hours before. Clearly mark AI generated data as AI generated (not Yahoo Mail generated)
After talking with my bank's customer service, it appears Yahoo's new mail summary header adds lies to the email screen. Since the summary included private information (amount of deposit) that wasn't in the actual email sent, I had to talk with the Bank's fraud department.
This wasted 30 minutes of my time by posting incorrect information about a deposit email from my bank... because I had to search for how that information got there... finally realizing it was an AI lie.

Stop with with the incessant verification codes. This is so frustrating. If people have not setup 2 factor authentication, then stop with the constant verification codes when the user tries to log in. This is unbelievable. Wen I am traveling I cannot get into my emails which is really frustrating. As email A sends email B the verification code and Email B wants a verification code also and sends one to email A. This becomes a forever loop.

Those codes are meant to ensure that it is the owner that is trying to log in, and they are especially needed when used from different locations/devices, in order to make sure that it is not someone else trying to log in. If people have not setup 2 factor authentication, then stop with the constant verification codes when the user tries to log in. This is unbelievable. Recently cannot block spam anymore , I report it , unsub , block contact and none of it works. I made a new email account with Google and will be transferring everything over I'm tired of this.

All comments are blocked after invoking block a specific sender. Now unable to restore
I invoked block sender of a comment, in the yahoo mail. It worked, but then suddenly all comments sent to my yahoo mail are blocked. Only yahoo adds are sent now. I did find all the emails that were already in yahoo mail when block was invoked, in the trash, and was able to restore them. But still, no new comments are showing up in yahoo mail, for several days now. There are no filters invoked, per the account info. Inbox search field defect
I am going to be nice and polite, although I don't want to be because the egregiousness of this defect warrants severe criticism. And that is, why on Earth would searching for specific senders in my Inbox produce a message saying 'search the web for [blank]? I am in my Inbox. I wish to search for email from a specific sender. If I wanted to search the web, I would have not been in my email account.
