The recent sudden and abrupt significant decrease in the mail storage limit from unlimited to 15GB, and with just a very limited time to reduce the storage after more than 20 years of emails - is extremely unreasonable.

I have been using Yahoo mail for more than 20 years, and back in the days emails were used so that you could access your documents online eg. for travels etc. I have a few times storage used that's over the new limit, and reducing it with such a short notice is impossible and unreasonable.

Yet Yahoo is not making it easy to filter/ sort mail with the largest size, despite the instructions (https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN36715.html). Even if filtered by images or attachments, there is no way to tell how large they are to prioritise which emails to delete quickly. This is cunning and unacceptable.

Moreover, a lot of emails from businesses have photos/images in their email signature, but again, there's no way to tell how large these emails are. This is again really unreasonable and unfair. It seems like you just want to get people to pay for everything by not having functions to manage storage easily, which is deceitful, if not low.

I have spent hours and hours in the past few days, when I have other more important things to do, deleting emails but it's too hard given the way Yahoo has made things difficult as described above. I worked so hard to do so and went to bed at around 7am trying to do this all night, without the sort by largest size function.

I mentioned to the Yahoo Customer Care Facebook messenger that I have low vision due to retinal detachment and now cataract and this intense looking at computer is straining my eyes, making double vision worse and I can't see too well already! But I don't want to not be able to use my email as I have >20 years' contact and information here, so imposing this drastic change is really unreasonable and unfair. And this is health risk and hazard with my eyes, even a person with no vision issue would find this ridiculous.

Please make things easy put in a sort or filter function by email/ attachment size, which is available with other email providers. Otherwise, just cancel the email storage limit changes all together because this is really unreasonable.
