As I scroll slowly thru my emails, it will randomly jump one or two screens down my emails - for no reason I can think of.
It is very annoying - I have to then scroll up from there to see the messages the system skipped.
Need to fix this! -
Fix the storage
I keep getting notice that mailbox storage is full though I have deleted 205,000 emails. Why is it still telling me I'm out of storage?

when i use the Views menu and choose documents. i delete multiple emails for those documents shown but then come out of documents and go back in and the documents are still there. how am i supposed to delete emails if your system doesnt allow me. i want to get my email storage size use lowered, but you are not helping me.
please create a function where i can see the largest emails by date. then allow me to delete the emails from there...simple -

so difficult to log in if i forget my password
hi, my yahoo email is illious18 and i have problem logging in because i forget my password? I click on forget password and they want me to verify the login which given me an option of 2 handphone which was many years back and i don't use them anymore? The Sign Out of Session screen and button in website yahoo mail - settings - security has stopped working as of today. Not sure what the problem is. The probem is not on my end. Something wrong with the server. thx

spam filter
The filter seems to be nonexistent. In the past 6 weeks I'm getting 6 to 8 spam emails. Each day I mark them as spam but to no avail. The next day the same type of emails are back in my inbox. All having to do with Trump, Musk or other ****** click bait. I'll be migrating to gmail if you can't get this sorted out.

MANY HATE GMAIL.
IMHO GMAIL IS JUNK.IF THAT IS WHAT I HAD WANTED, I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN GMAIL; BUT, INSTEAD I CHOSE THE EXISTING YAHOO MAIL WHICH IS FAR SUPERIOR!!!
IMHO THE NEW YAHOO EMAIL IS FAR WORSE THAN GMAIL.

I’d like to upgrade storage as you told me my access will be limited but it is IMPOSSIBLE to upgrade strorage if you are not a US user. WTF are you thinking?

every single day I must pass a security check...with the photos or a code....(that even if I use always the same 2 computers it is annoying at the point that I'm considering changing e-mail provider... so I think you may improve by simplifying the log in check point
