  1. Not getting emails after reactivating my account

    Your help center says that if you log back in after your account has gone inactive that you'll be able to receive all your emails normally. I'm specifically looking to get a recovery email that your help center says should be able to be received after reactivating the account by logging back in. I've done this and I am still not getting any emails outside of yahoo's own or mine to myself. Please I really need help to fix this

    in italian, the browser told me "Al momento, non è possibile eseguire l'accesso
    Per prevenire accessi non autorizzati all'account, i tentativi di accesso sono stati momentaneamente bloccati. Riprova tra 59 minuti utilizzando questo dispositivo e questo browser"! What kind of security are you meaning?! Security of not being able to use my mail box!

  3. Old Emails are lost and new ones dont show up can you please fix this Also the AI is realy bad at helping can you please some people as wel

    The AI is really bad and does not understand simple commands, I have tried to get in contact with customer support or admin but he kept his lines like a broken record he needs some updates, and the emails don't show up new or old. Please make Yahoo Mail great again

  8. Correct system error to be able to add logos to auto signature!

    There needs to be a way that a user can add a logo or badge to there auto-signature. I have been told it is a system error. Please correct!

  9. I am unable to send and recieve emails. when pos

    Receiving error when sending email. Error read as " An error occured while sending the message" also it reads "message cannot be saved as draft".
    Also i am unbale to receive any email in my yahoo email.

  10. Everytime I go to sign in I have to prove I'm not a robot and I would like you to remove the robot from my email. It is a pain.

    Get rid of the robot! I have to prove I'm not a robot everytime I sign in and it is a real pain in the butt!

  11. can't send email with attachment or screenshot

    Recently I am no longer able to send emails with attachments or screenshots. It comes up with a ! and says 'message cannot be saved as draft' then sits in my outbox for days without actually sending. How am I supposed to send emails with attachments / screenshots now?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  15. mail in inbox is missing

    On June 16th 2023, I opened my Yahoo mail and noticed that my emails received a week ago were missing. Mail such as my airline tickets info that I purchased last week. I am missing mail that was read and left in the inbox. WHERE IS MY MAIL?

    Yesterday 17/01/2024 at about 13.30 when I PASTEd an insert to the below email, the insert was OK but simultaneously the next line(s) was deleted and lost.

    Please can you restore the entire email as it was at 12.00 midday on 17/01/2024.

    The damaged email is partially copied below, titled " OMS Complaint Form + Attach Coop Ombudsman 10/11/23". Parts of the email and attachments have been deleted for brevity. The damaged part of the email near the end is enlarged and highlighted in green. Items "2... and 3...." were…

  19. Don't auto delete my important emails!

    I lost all of my 2023 emails. Appears permanent as I had a print out of an important one and I can't find it searching for it. Guess my yahoo account will never be used for anything important again.
