Yesterday 17/01/2024 at about 13.30 when I PASTEd an insert to the below email, the insert was OK but simultaneously the next line(s) was deleted and lost.
Please can you restore the entire email as it was at 12.00 midday on 17/01/2024.
The damaged email is partially copied below, titled " OMS Complaint Form + Attach Coop Ombudsman 10/11/23". Parts of the email and attachments have been deleted for brevity. The damaged part of the email near the end is enlarged and highlighted in green. Items "2... and 3...." were copied and pasted OK, but pasting unexpectedly also deleted item "4...." which is now lost.
Please can you restore the entire email as it was at 12.00 midday on 17/01/2024.

1. None of my initial requests have been resolved, namely:
- Re-issue PIN.
- Clarify online access to my account.
- Clarify and simplify PIN reminder/issue/alteration procedure.
- Clarify and simplify online complaints procedure.
- Resolve all issues and confirm to me within 21 days (25/08/2023)
2. Despite FINAL response, I have not complained about local branch closure, but do require full access to my account and COOP facilities including ATMs and public computers.
3. It is unlikely that a public library computer would have an isolated technical incident, relating to either their browser or operating system, despite FINAL response.
4. unexpectedly deleted when "2... and 3..." above PASTEd RESTORE LOST ?registration process? despite final response?
5. SECURE MESSAGING is prevented without LOGIN/REGISTER, despite FINAL response.
6. Third parties are not secure, despite FINAL response.
7. Account confidentiality and security are lost in COOP emails.
