Deleting Emails
Why do I have to delete my unwanted emails at a hundred at a time. Please put the option to delete all at one time back on the app. This was one of the best options you had to clean up old junk email. Now that it’s hard to erase. I don’t want this app no more. I don’t have this problem with Gmail. I think I will just switch everything over to that app. Thanks for allowing me to use your services.55th ranked -
Request for Dark Mode on Yahoo Mail Web for Mobile Browsers
Dear Yahoo Mail Team,
I am a long-time Yahoo Mail user and would like to request a proper dark mode for the web version when accessed on a phone browser. Many users, including myself, check and compose emails on mobile devices. Without dark mode, prolonged use in low-light environments causes eye strain and can be challenging for users with light sensitivity.
Adding an official dark mode for mobile web access would greatly improve accessibility, reduce eye strain, and enhance the overall experience for users who rely on their phones for email.

Why are all of my private saved folders deleted!?
I have had my Yahoo mail account since I believe 2003! I just logged on and all of my folders with priceless pictures of my deceased husband and myself, are GONE! 😭💔 I'M SERIOUSLY CRYING! What happened to my folders? It wasn't but last year when I was on here and had looked through those folders. I have emails and everything from my dead husband that literally is irreplaceable! And ALL THOSE PICTURES!! I will never get over this, you all literally deleted and took one of the last pieces I had if him on this earth!

Incorrect spam
I repeatedly mark a message from a sender as “not spam” (more than 20 times) and critical messages (from the PA Dept of Health) still are sent to spam. Can this please change?

Bad experience I faced yesterday
I have pathetic experience yesterday with yahoomail yesterday. I sent one mail to HDFC Bank and it went.
When I sent second mail to same bank all mails for last 4 months also sent with that mail. Pls note there is no attachment of previous mails, all mails shared to bank in mail. I have my personal documents in those mails and these also shared to bank. I am using Yahoo mail more than 15 years and zi trusted it.
Now who will take the responsibility.
Pls confirm whether my mail hacked or not.

Give a delete ALL option for inbox. One click button like you have for trash and spam. It would be easy for you to do
Why can’t you add a delete all option to inbox like you have on the trash? I know you can do it. And it would be easy. But you won’t. You want to make it as hard as possible to delete emails so people are forced to buy storage. I think that’s real scammy of a company. Return the function that deletes all the messages in the inbox
Could you please delete my entire inbox?.. This system you set up is not user friendly.. There used to be a function to delete the entire inbox... Why would you remove it?.. Its a large job.. so. If you could delete the entire inbox that'd be great..

Quit limiting accounts
You just want money for a free service which is pathetic. I deleted almost my whole email info on the app and it’s still there on the webpage version. UPDATE THIS or lose me as a customer. I’ll switch to Google. And I’ve had my yahoo email for 30 years.
