Stop deleting old emails
Don't delete people's old emails without informing them first! You violated my rights to privacy by deleting my emails. You had multiple ways to contact me and to let me know, but you didn't.

No emails are appearing!
I’m trying to make a twitter account, but all verification emails never come through. I have to reset my password for strawpage & you won’t allow them to send the reset link. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS I AM ABSOLUTELY SICK OF IT!!!

Hello there, I have deleted more than thousands email in several boxes (inbox, spam, archive, trash...) bút i could not rêcieve any new email until now. Please have a check ưhat wrong with my email.

Yahoo is of NO HELP OR USE
Why do I have to pay to get my email back? You guys WILL NOT let me log back in my Main Email, and I don’t have the phone number associated with my account, and I could never change it because you guys ******* suck.

Storage Issue
After I deleted majority of the mails the storage still show 100% used. Will it not be free up once the emails are deleted completed? Thanks

Grandfather in 20+ year old accounts
Maybe don’t charge ancient accounts suddenly. It won’t help you beat gmail. It makes you less popular because now I have a reason to make an effort to switch.

Improve filters for spam and phishing email
Yahoo needs to offer filters, like GMAIL offers, that allow users to filter out unauthorized spam and phishing emails more effectively. My yahoo box is being overwhelmed with spam that seems unstoppable
