Unnecessary charges
We are being charged for space in our in yahoo accounts now really. I have this email for 15 years I have over 300k emails never once have I had to pay for data space!! I basically will have to pay these fees for the rest of my life because lets be real bank accounts , important communication is all linked to our emails.

Not reducing my email storage from unlimited to 200gb and trying to spin it as an improvement. You make enough money you clowns.
How about not pitching that reducing my storage that I've paid for as UNLIMITED down to 200gb and offering I pay MORE if I need more storage. Your news is garbage, and so is your business structure. I have been a consistent customer for over two decades. This is not how to treat a long time customer you clowns.

Storage Capacity

Terrible user experience to delete emails to save space. I cannot get my storage below 35 GB and purged basically everything.

Comcast
So mad!! Since the switch to yahoo from Comcast, all my emails are going to SPAM!!! I have clicked NOT SPAM and they still all go there. This was my primary email box and I was already using the yahoo app. This is a horrible migration!!!!
