Investigate Jpay.com for consumer maltreatment. Investigate the federal government going after them legally but state governments using them
Yahoo needs to investigate Jpay.com and Securus. Same company. Been sued by federal government yet state D.O.C.s still use them. Theft of customers whenever they chose with no recourse. Multiple BBB complaints unanswered. Customers can't file class action suit but would love and deserve to. Bring this company and their monopoly over prison communication and payments to light.
