  2. Contacts open in OLD format in separate window...WHY bother with the new format?

    You state the OLD format is being discontinued yet you've yet to solve the CONTACTS issue. Clicking on the icon opens a NEW window in the OLD format. So if its being discontinued why can't contacts open in the same page like the original? This has been going on for years now

    My friend sent me some pictures but they aren't showing up, WHERE ARE MY PICTURES? This new format IS THE WORST I've ever seen. GIVE ME BACK MY OLD, CLASSIC E-MAIL!

  5. Why are text format changed when I cut and paste ?

    I often cut and paste a memo into my email. The memo contains text formats and colors. Starting two weeks ago, those formats and colors were stripped out and only plain text were sent to the recipients. I now have to send my memos through gmail where the format is left unchanged. Please fix.

  6. New Stupid mail truncates emails on right border. Cannot scroll and read full email

    New stupid Mail redesign truncates 1" of email on right border. Cannot scroll over- Cannot read full email. Get rid of this stupid redesign. Repurpose all employees that designed it. Janitor services would be appropriate.

  14. Change Font on incoming email, why would you allow us to change outgoing email and not allow the option to change incoming?

    Seriously you want me to describe an option on something you took the time LOL to change. Get some oversight on the options you allow, like maybe being able to change FONT size on incoming email? What a concept wish I thought of it. I realize you are trying to do what you think is best but as I have read you are going in the wrong direction

  15. I want my old email format backc - I've started to go to Gmail.

    I hate the new format! I NEED my old format - the color combination was good for my eyes. Now there are only awful color choices and my eyes can't get used to any of them!!! Plus why did you move my emails into new folders you made up?? I had my emails stored where I wanted them - now I have take time to go through all the new folders and put the emails where they were.
