  3. Still waiting for the old, classic e-mail. THE NEW FORMAT IS GARBAGE!

    "How can we improve Yahoo Mail?" YOU CAN'T IMPROVE IT, IT'S JUST USELESS JUNK! Just bring back the classic-mail, it worked fine and was an easy format to use, plus I could actually see the print. WHY AREN'T YOU LISTENING, YAHOO?

  5. How can I attach files with the new format. The clip is there, bur it does'nt work.

    I cannot attach files. The "clip" icon is there, but nothing happens when I select it. I frequently have to attach files. Please HELP!!! I want the old format back!!!

  10. No longer remembers the frequent multiple recipients.

    No longer remembers the frequent multiple recipients. The suggestion for the next recipient is alphabetical, which is totally useless!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also can no longer edit card details for contacts from compose page. All around terrible job.

  12. The new format is SLOOOOOOOOOOW

    THe New Format is very very very slow. And it glitches. I click on in box and it takes me into one of my files randomly. I try to compose and it takes forever to show the letters I am typing. I try to close a tab and it doesn't. Every action takes 3-5 seconds to perform. The font on this new format are light/transparent. hard to read. Go back to the previous format. WHY did you change it. If it is not broke why change it. This new format is a disaster.

  16. How do I get the prior interface back. Users don't like this forced change for specific good reasons

    There used to be an item in setting to return to the prior interface (which oddly Yahoo calls the "inbox"...?) which has disappeared. At some point there is something the user does that causes the new interface to take over, like a virus. Please provide us medicine for this virus.
