Dear Sir/Madame, if a writer sends me her paper I expect to be able to download it or if I forward the e-mail to send the attachment.
Dear Sir/Madame, If a writer sends me her paper I expect to be able to download it or if I forward the e-mail to send the attachment also. This was the convention probably since the beginning of e-mail and I am sure it was there in Yahoo mail since 90's. It means that in my case I cannot download the attachment (pdf I think) and I cannot forward the e-mail's attachment with the e-mail to my gmail, which works. Please abide to the coding and basic 's functions conventions. Thanks TP

When composing emails, is there no longer an option for underlining? I see the options for Bold and Italics, but not one for underline.

REMINDERS
Yahoo Calendar Reminder used to state something like 'YAHOO CALENDAR REMINDER' but now it states 'ME'??? Sometimes I send an email to myself to remind myself of something so now this is very confusing. WHY DOES YAHOO ALWAYS TRY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT ISN'T BROKEN??? Like there used to be a circle-arrow to reload the INBOX and now I must reload the whole tab taking much too much time??? LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!!

close tabs when sending email
used to be that when you opened an email...you opened a tab. if you replied to that email...the tab closed when you sent.
now it opens a new tab and closes that...but leaves the original open so that suddenly you have 30 tabs open.

In the new Yahoo mail, the Delete icon is at the far right end of the line
1) In the previous Yahoo mail, the delete icon that appears on the list of emails was shown at the right side of the sender of the email.
2) In the new Yahoo mail, when Message Layout is "List" format (as opposed to "Right" or "Bottom",) it is place at the far right end of the line.
Format (1) was much more convenient.

In the new Yahoo Mail, "Reply"ing no longer inserts complete info about the previous email
