    The feedback is clear. 100% of people HATE the new format. Why do you insist on pushing this new format forward without asking the people who use your service whether or not they want it? You are just going to lose a TON of users who have been using your service for YEARS.

    Give back the option to load Classic for those of us who want it. We don't want any fancy new features. We want our email to just work, which is what the Classic format did perfectly.

  3. i should be able to block who i want to block..few days ago i lost the ability to block..it does not show up any more on my list of options

    I should have the ability to block in my list of choices.....yahoo changed my list of options and removed my ability to block can you please add this option back????

  5. I think 'we should band together & file Class Action Litigation

    File a Class Action Lawsuit - There would be the expectation that when we are forced to take NEW service (and NOT go Back) that there would/should be vast improvements - NOT for me - REALLY Slow - Navigation issues - Can't do anything in my Contacts - Who can figure out what else? Entirely worse across the board - Where do we start?? jfj

  7. I received an email from a company that says my icloud is full... it is FROM INDIA... Wanting my Social Security number... BEWARE

    I don't know how to even tell you all that someone is asking for Social Security number in Yahoo's email and it's from INDIA. I have been scammed once by them and you better check it out.!

  10. WHAT IS THE POINT OF COMPLAINING, NOBODY'S LISTENING OR CARING.

    You're probably all sitting there laughing while reading our complaints about the horrendous and stupid new e-mail, but I won't let that stop me from sending in my opinion. I absolutely HATE the new e-mail and hardly use it anymore. You should at least give us the option of using the old classic e-mail. Whoever designed and approved this new version SHOULD BE FIRED!

  11. "Your message cannot be sent because it resembles spam" <== COMPLETELY FALSE!!!!!!!

    Repeatedly getting the COMPLETELY FALSE error message that the email cannot be sent because it resembles Spam. IT DOES NOT AND THIS COMPLETELY FALSE!!!!!!

    I was afraid that the new design would completely ruin the yahoo mail for me, and so I kept clicking to keep the old design. Today I accidentally clicked on the new design and I was amazed. It's much faster, customizable and the design is almost the same. Love it. Thank you.

  16. Display of messages after delete should stay at that postion

    When a message near the top of the list is deleted, the display comes back showing message weeks old. It should stay at the position near the deleted message. e.g. I was going through today's (Jun23) messages and when I delete one, the display comes back positioned for Jun 4. I have to click on arrow for "Top of list" to get back to where I was working.

  17. Put an option to change password.It is very inconvenient to log in waiting for the verification

    The verification code sent to cellphone number each time you log in is so inconvenient. Can I just change password just like before. The new yahoo is no longer user friendly.

    It’s been over one month so let me know if you are going to fix the following or not!!!

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

  20. Spam Button Placement

    If you insist on leaving the SPAM button where it is so close to the delete button then you should have the ability to verify that it is SPAM. I have opened an email to read it and then hit the delete button to delete it but when the email is removed and I am returned to the inbox, the SPAM button is highlighted because they are in the same spot on the screen. I am constantly having emails marked as SPAM because of this. When you move emails or delete them you have an option to UNDO. Either give…
