  3. HOW CAN YOU IMPROVE EMAIL...CHANGE IT BACK,NOT A SINGLE ONE LIKES THE NEW ONE AND IT DOESN'T WORK AS WELL

    🔴🔴🔴I'm getting that yahoo was one of the best e-mails out there! Please get the original format system back with an option of 25-100 plus back ground colors and designs to choose from,plus the photos and picture saving and archives with the old one! I don't see how they couldn't keep the old one and add on to it instead of changing it! NO SERIOUSLY,GET THE OLD ONE BACK WITH THE OPTION OF 100 DIFFERENT COLORS AND DESIGNS FOR THE BACK GROUND!...Or was their intention to purposely get every body to hate yahoo and leave so you can close down…

  7. How NOT to improve Yahoo Mail....leave it the way it was!!!

    I absolutely HATE the new yahoo email. I should be given the option to stay with what I had or to change to the new email. I do not like that things that I forward from my phone show up in the sent folder. This makes it extra hard to find what I am looking for. If I wanted it in my email folder I would have sent it from email and not my phone. Please change this email format back to the old way. You know the old saying "if it isn't broke then don't fix it".   11. Remove the nagware. Stop nagging me to 'personalize' my e-mail when the Yahoo's new format is anything BUT customizable

    What would I like to customize?

    -text in sizes and fonts that I find readable. Two choices--serif & sans serif--is not a choice.
    -readable contrast between text, background and Yahoo's dreadful, irritatingly loud color and pathetically minute color/theme selection
    -a traditional nested organization for my folders
    -let me turn off/delete Yahoo's silly 'views' & please stop subjecting me to stupid, prejudicial and worthless algorithms designed by teenaged programmers
    -ditto the 'personalized' ads. Ads based on my interests? Okay. Ads based on mindless prejudiced algorithms done by insular conformist programmers. Wrong!
    -Adding flexibility, stop taking it away Bring back context menus.…

    I can only see maybe 9 emails now on my page. Your top part takes up and wastes 1/3 of the page. Give me back the old email!!! Quit ******* everyone off. Those that wanted it, clicked on it to get it. I DID NOT!!!!!

  14. The new Yahoo mail format is a disappointing downgrade from the original Yahoo mail.

    I used to cut and paste graphs and tables into the old Yahoo mail with ease. With the new format, it does not work as well at all. If I have to switch from Yahoo to something else, such as Google, I won't have any reason to visit the Yahoo page anymore.

  16. Here's why the new mail is horrible

    1) The control buttons are in the center of the screen. When I check boxes to delete several emails at once, I then have to move the cursor to a distant location to delete them. In the old mail, the delete button was directly above where you checked the box. 2) The color and text combinations do not work together. In the previous version, I had various muted colors for the background. Never was there any difficulty with reading the subject lines. With the new version, when I change to a color setup that I like, the font, color, and…

  17. Why does New Yahoo Mail add extra line breaks in the text of received emails ?

    Why does the New Yahoo Mail add extra line breaks &/or spacing between lines in the text of received emails ? This didn't happen before in old YMail.

    There is also no horizontal bar separating all the email replies.
