forward as attachment
Classic mail had the ability to forward emails as an attachment, which is a feature I used regularly for various things. The new mail seems to have eliminated this feature completely. This is a standard feature in pretty much every other email program out there. Please add it back in.

stop grouping emails by month
I hate seeing my emails in my inbox grouped by month. I just want a list like it was on the old format. How can I change back or change this grouping back to a list?

The new email buffers forever, has delayed reactions when clicking on a box to delete or read an email. It seems to get slower.
So stressful to use the new email. I seriously do not like it. Not user friendly, the ads are disruptive at the top of my emails, and it takes forever to load. Why do they keep changing the format? I don't understand.

changing the size of font
Suddenly Yahoo has started resizing my font in the middle of a standard email. Please stop that.

I have to go into 'SPAM' to see if I have any there. No more numbers listed by box. Instead of improving, you've made it worse.

Email search results list - show which folder each item is in
When I do a search I want to be able to see which folder each email is in. With the new version it only shows whether it is in Yahoo or Gmail. With the old and much better version, it showed which folder each was in - this is a very important feature for me!

You have totally messed up my contact list.
Your new format is *! I had any number of group contacts, in which a single contact entry contained multiple names, multiple phone numbers, and multiple email addresses. Your "wise" idiots decided to destroy all such contacts and gratuitously divide them into individual contacts, making it totally impossible to see all of that information in one place. Thanks for nothing. As countless people have said here already, is Yahoo TRYING to lose customers, because they apparetnly feel a religious mission to ** up what was working just fine.

when using plain text formatting, preserve line ends and spaces/tabs of pasted text
I am forced by certain email lists to send emails in plain text.
If I compose my email text in some other application (e.g. a proper text editor) and paste it into a yahoo mail message that is formatted as plain text, I find that the pasted text is stripped of all line end sequences, tabs, and spaces.
This is a BUG!
Alternatively, if I have a rich text format email, paste in my text, it looks fine at that point, but if I then convert the message in yahoo mail to plain text format, it now preserves most stuff…

You should have a DOWN arrow for our opinion on this new ****** version of yahoo mail. It stinks worse than a pile of ****.
Yahoo, I'm "Clapping back" at your for pushing this new version of yahoo mail on us. I hate it, it's miserable and useless. We want the good old reliable, easy to use old yahoo mail back. I've had my e-mail since 1996 but it seems that I'm going to be forced to go to Google and use g-mail instead, if you don't let us switch back.

Get rid of XML based based pages. XML downloads are huuuuuuggggeee, and the XML execution is slllllooooowwwwwww.
Also, while you are at it, design it so Javascript is NOT required,
