Why Yahoo! Continues to Fail as a Company.
As the long list of comments display, Yahoo! does not have any interest in serving their customers. Once again management shows a poor understanding of customer relations. The internet is a vast environment, with options galore. Those that refuse to listen, may never be heard from again.

New Format
HATE the new format. It is visually overwhelming and too busy. I hate seeing all these ads mixed in.

You could take into account one`s opinion. If I do not want your new design, you should not change it on your own.
I do not like your pressuring your new outlook which is a disaster. I deliberately did not switch to the new one but kept the old one. I dislike that you changed it on your own without my intention of chenge, and pressed people to use the new one and disrespect people`s wish to keep the old one. You should be much more respectful of your clients.

message preview setting doesn't work any more
My "Show message preview in inbox" setting stopped working. I don't want to automatically open images in my email. But, no matter the setting Yahoo mail always shows images.

Ability to adjust how aggressive the filter is on spam
The spam filter is too aggressive. Most of my email goes into the spam folder. Even after i have marked a previous message from the same sender as "not spam" new emails still seem to go there. This is not an optimal experience. There should be some ability to set the filter settings as more or less aggressive.

about: blank NEEDS to go away!!!!!!
Every time I'm in Yahoo mail I keep getting blank pop-up pages that read About:blank. It comes up multiple time during EACH message I try to read. I'm about ready to leave Yahoo mail. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

New format is terrible. Too busy and cumbersome!! Bring back the previous format. Much more user friendly and easy to navigate. Ads suck.
The new "ads" are totally annoying and need to be removed. There was nothing wrong with the previous format. You had a good one there Yahoo and you go and "change" it. Why? If it's not broke, don't fix it. BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS FORMAT!!!

Please decrease the add section or make it so that when that main body section is expanded it stays that way.
The adds section is to large. although the mail plane can be expanded, it constantly gets shrunk down when the add section gets reopened. It is annoying to have to constantly have to re-expand the main body window. This makes it difficult for people who have vision issues and need that section to be as big as possible. I am thinking of closing my Yahoo account after 20 years do to this.

Nobody likes what Yahoo has done. Can we just please go back to the classic mail?
I've had Yahoo mail for almost 20 years and right now I want to break things. If I could just get it to stop moving to the next email before I am done reading the one on the screen, I may not put a gun to my head just yet. PLEASE YAHOO, LET US GO BACK TO CLASSIC.
