  4. Email accounts are free, keep them that way.

    Why is it that every major mail service you use today is COMPLETELY free with NO ads. Yet Yahoo! loves to alert me every time I open my inbox that I have an ad blocker? It is almost 2020, emails are free, but for some reason you have to pay Yahoo for an Ad-free experience? I have been using Yahoo! for my primary email for over 10 years. At this point the only thing that is keeping me with yahoo! is my primary email that is attached to numerous accounts I own and pay for. At this rate, I will…

  6. e-mails were hacked recently

    My e-mails were hacked about two weeks ago. All my contacts were told that I was desperately in need of a gift card for my nephew from some Game store. I don't have a nephew. Now all my contacts are gone.

  8. Can not figure out how to send a group email. I have 179 in a group and yahoo won't let me send out that many at one time.

    You took away the ability to send group emails. I can not find out how to do it with the new system. Please give us back the classic email.

  10. How long is it gonna take?

    Are you Ever gonna change back, or are all sitting around, and laughing at All our questions? I know, if we get to go back, you guys are gonna make it slower. Can't you guys / gals just give the people what they want. I know some like it. Fine & dandy. Let them have it, and rest..... with the old style. Just let us keep the color Schemes.

  13. How to get back e-mail addresses from missing Address Book

    My complete Address Book is missing. They saved 10 Top contacts which are not my top 10. To get back a contact, Go to COMPOSE and then TO. Type in the name of the person you want to e-mail. Their email address will appear under the name. Write it down and then manually add it to the new list on the right side of the page. Add contact is at the bottom. At least you can salvage some of your friends and family that have disappeared into the vast abyss. It is also missing in the Basic Yahoo as well.…

  15. ONGOING SYNC PROBLEMS with Gmail app for Android on OnePlus 5T

    Any time a Yahoo message is deleted or marked Spam, it will show up seconds later both on the Gmail app AND on Yahoo web mail. in addition there are severe delays receiving Yahoo messages on the Gmail app in spite of the 15 min sync cycle. This is clearly a Yahoo Mail Issue and has been going on for months. PLEASE FIX THIS. Thank you

    This isn't working. With my Unread folder empty I still find messages marked unread in my Inbox. Steps taken: refresh page, quit browser and restart. After this, with empty unread, trash, and spam folders I still find three messages (i.e., conversations/threads) in my Inbox marked unread from early November. There may be more. That is as far back as I looked.

  18. Images I post in emails I create are not being displayed in my sent emails, after I have sent the email with the image

    After sending an email containing images I have posted in the body of the email, when I subsequently view said email after sending it, the images are no longer visible in the email body..

  19. I have had numerous problems with Chinese based companies not refunding money when clothing articles are not to standards of fabric or quali

    Ban Chinese based businesses who send lower quality and expect US buyers to return to China and pay their tariffs and taxes, when the importer does not by ferrying goods with people flying here and mail in the U.S.

  20. Ads over emails

    Ads over the emails in my inbox is an error that I cannot seem to correct. Most are groupons or are seen elsewhere in emails I receive. They cannot be deleted (yes, I saw the delete x in the upper right hand corner which also deleted the email to which it was attached). Stop messing with what you forced me to accept and return the old cleaner version.
