4. For security a delete account option is needed...

   For security a 'delete account' option is needed to escape serious stalker as blocking isn't available either. Abandoning account seems only option but would rather close it properly to lessen risk of it being hacked. Why is there no basic settings or customer service help for this?

5. Do not send out scam emails

   You are sending me, and no doubt millions of others, borderline legal scam email messages. They start with a survey after promising a bargain up to $100 value. After the sirvey (which is no doubt fake), a dozen discounted items are shown in a list. At the very bottom of the order screen a tiny "Terms and Conditions" link leads to terms which state that in addition to the $10 or so for the products, there is concurrent enrollment in a fitness app with an ititial charge of $86 or $63, which will be billed monthly. Almost no one will open the terms and conditions. I wonder how many people have been scammed out of the $86 or $63 for an app that they did not know they were ordering. These people should be prosecuted, if the law will permit it, but at leas you should not be sending out these scam messages. The subject line is "We have been trying to reach you! Please respond!"

8. Yahoo Commenting is the Worst

   It takes minutes to load like 15 lines of text, if you can load anything at all. And when I attempt to reply to a comment that was replied to one of mine?!?! Yeah, good luck getting to it. You click the link, wait 5 minutes for some random comments to load, and you never get to reply to the specific one from an email that literally says "Reply to nnnn". AND! just like RIGHT NOW, I come in to this page THROUGH my profile, and after typing out a bunch of stuff, the page tells me to log in!?!?!?! Seriously? Isn't Yahoo a technology company?
   Commenting 20 years ago was MUCH MUCH MUCH better, on MANY sites that were much less well known as Yahoo. Getting so sick of it, I'm just going to go somewhere else.

    I click the little bell showing old posts but cannot see the whole thing. If clicking the old post does not take you to the article then it should take you to all of your old posts so that you can see all of what you wrote and the responses.

16. Apostrophes are not shown correctly

    My name has an apostrophe in it, all across the Yahoo mail site it converts that to a html entity and displays "O&#39:Connor" where it should be showing "O'Connor", this is extemely frustrating, is there anything that can be done about this?

    forgot my password variation, couldn't get into my account, thought id lost if forever. Wasn't accepting past password logins, and when it said it would send a recovery email to another email account IT ******* DIDN'T!!! I tried this, god, like 20 ******* times? Wasn't going. And this was a google email address not some weird email with strange protocols. I tried contacting customer support and finding out you would charge me for that ******* ******** to even remotely having a chance of getting it resolved.

    My life is dependent on me reliably getting access to information that is sent to me through email addresses. You might be able to understand why I was a little ******* ticked off by this frankly incompetent recovery process and no access to support. Sure it works most of the time, but when it doesn't and there are no other options its a ******* problem.

    Now im having an issue where I cannot find a way to change my recovery email address because I DO NOT want that **** happening again. Frankly after this, im going to be changing all my email requirements elsewhere, forever. I should have done it a few years back when you thought it was acceptable as a company to allow employees to read emails and to give user data to other companies for a profit, which is dispicable immoral behavior.

    Give people access to support. Its not an outlandish request.
