    Someone keeps hacking my account and sending me email using my email address. You should send a txt message when someone tries to log in using an unfamiliar device and ask to confirm if it was the owner using it before allowing access to it.

  2. Yahoo listen to me please.

    I have shared this site with my mother in law for close to 15 years but for the last 5 years approx.have used this site exclusively. Helen Bartsch has opened another e-bay account and e-mail address.I have sent countless messages through contact us and help pages without acknowledgement and ca only hope for a resolve or l will have to close my Yahoo connection which l should not have to do.   3. the new interface is even worse than the previous one, still cant see the signing logs

    to be made interface for Sign in logs. Currently I'm unable to see whether my account is breached.

  5. When I changed my password I was not asked to "confirm new password".

    How about a dialog box that asks you to type your new password in again to confirm it.

  8. PLEASE FIX the problem of NOT letting us members to REMOVE/DELETE previously verified Recovery Email Addresses! This is Ridiculous!!! :(

    I have searched through web for the alternative methods, but nothing has really worked.
    I REALLY need to remove my INACTIVE Old email address from my Recovery Email Address list.
    Why Yahoo is NOT FIXING the problem?!?!?!

    I called my bank and they said there was nothing declined.

    Must Remove OpenWeb - The Worst Part of the Internet
    Openweb is destroying conversations by stifling free speech wherever it deems fit. The entire concept of OpenWeb is flawed from the start and doesn't serve to bring people together, reduce toxicity, or anything that the company has set out to do. Through flawed algorithms, misunderstanding of the English language (the company is headquartered in Israel) and profiling users incorrectly in message boards, it does nothing to stop the bad guys and unintentionally hurts the regular user good guys.   19. Why am I required to sign in after not accessing Yahoo mail from my desktop? No such regimentation on my cell phone.

  20. Why doesn't it tell me anywhere if my account is Premium or not?

    Display type of account somewhere obvious: Premium or Standard. How am I supposed to find out what type of account I have? This email system is becoming completely unwieldy.
