  3. The "Generate an app password" dialog box is not working.

    There is no pull down menu for the app name. When I fill the app name in manually I get an error message: Sorry, this feature is not available right now.
    It's nice that you have the feature to generate passwords for third party apps, but features that don't work aren't features.

    It is impossible to contact you. My Phone and Laptop was taken in a ARMED ROBBERY and i could not get hold of you. NO phone, NO email, NO helpdesk NO support.

    Security is tight but humans need other options. especial in a third word country..... not that the rest of the world is save.

    As of late, the App Password feature has been disabled. The question is why? Is Outlook allowing the feature of synching and importing emails via a Security Key, as was done by AT&T?

  8. Don't use VPN locations for my weather location. Let me state the home location and don't change it back secretly.

    Weather location is always a server farm location picked by the VPN. So, it is never where the Yahoo user is located. Let the user identify the home location.

  10. Hard to transfer to new phone

    Really should make it easier to get into my yahoo account after getting a new device. This has been the worst experience for the whole thing!! Yahoo, will not let me into my account, no matter what i try!!

  12. STOP ASKING ME FOR 2-STEP VERFICATION!!!!!!!!! If I wanted it, I'd set it up. This is the 2nd time this month you've forced it anyway!

    You have multiple people and votes telling to to STOP this 2-factor ID when when we have it selected as off. This is the second time this month that you've forced a 2-factor ID on me and I have NEVER had 2-factor ID turned on. I've verified it's off each time, and it always is. On top of this STOP asking me to use my phone # as a back up, if I'd wanted that to be my back up access method, I'd have set it up that way. Quit nagging and BACK OFF on verification!   13. My name is tied to an email provider that is closing their email server. How do I change my email to my recovery email??

    Allow us to change our email account. You have way too much IT knowledge for this to be a problem in today's world. Other people have similar problems. Maybe I should just let you send emails to my soon to be dead account. That will be a loss for both of us.
