  7. does yahoo care to help

    i keep having the same issue, i go thru all the motions to fix it and it just loops with no help. does not seem yahoo cares unless you throw money at them? maybe yahoo is obsolete and gmail is the way to go? i bet no one will address this issue! bet!

  13. stop making me sign in wit 2 party verification every 2 hours!! Yes my laptop is securely locked down. Deal with it

    There is no threat to my sign in process. I know that you hate to be unable to track me because I have my laptop locked down. Just deal with it and stop harrassing me whenever I attempt to sign in.

  14. Why is my account locked at times? I've done nothing wrong. I have to go though unnecessary steps to check my email. I'm not hacked!

    I've linked two yahoo accounts and provided a phone number, and still have to do back flips to access my accounts! There is no suspicious activity! It is me trying to access my accounts!

  17. Don't block login on a new mobile device!

    Hi
    I just got my brand new smartphone. The worst app to set up is yahoo. Why would you just goa head and block my login attempt, telling me toe come back in an hour with the same device? It's a fantasy sports app, not an ebanking app - and even my ebanking apps are easier to set up. This is beyond ridiculous!

  18. EXPLAIN SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

    Three times I was notified that due to suspicious activity, my account had to be verified. Yet, when I checked, there was NOTHING showing up as suspicious, other than my (FIREFOX) browser showing up as an individual device!
