  1. I making sure that it works properly

    I keep getting "Verify your recovery email" and it says a code was sent. My recovery email NEVER gets the code. I have checked the addy and it's correct. HOW CAN I VERIFY THE RECOVERY EMAIL, IF I NEVER RECEIVE THE CODE!!!! This is so frustrating.

  2. Variety in newsfeed

    The newsfeed auto populates with a number of news organizations that provide opinion based articles with an agenda versus just providing the news/facts that allow me to interpret the data through my own filters and bias.
    Huffpost = garbage
    Yahoo News = garbage
    Etc etc
    Give me a variety, ie conservative or libertarian leaning news/opinion organizations if you can't provide fact based content.
    So, in summary, give me factual data, or give me variety in your opinion based content.
    If not possible to accomplish, just fill my feed with mindless drivel like entertainment that I will easily continue to ignore.

  4. This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed.

    I created my account many years ago with an email from Hotmail at the time. The email is no longer valid because is compromised but there isn't a way to update or remove that association from my yahoo account. In the recover section, I get the message This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed.

    So there should be an option to delete or at least another way to sing in without sending a link to that email because anyone with access to that email can access my yahoo account.

  9. The Help section is just a feedback loop; the bot can't answer my help question, so just gives up, my problem remains

    My Yahoo Mail won't open my emails, I'm using Chrome on a Macbook pro. I click on an email and I get a spinning blue circular arrow. Mobile app, no problem but this is extremely annoying because I cannot get help anywhere unless I choose the paid support. I am basically laptop based so I need to access my email that way, especially for long replies. Incognito made works, so what is the problem? Please make your help accessible because right now I am thinking of ditching Yahoo after nearly 20 years

  10. Fix the Generate and manage app passwords AGAIN

    Called the toll free number and 5 minutes later we are no where. Essentially It is broke and our team is working on it. Perhaps more of a focus on keeping the site working rather than revenue clicks. Can't generate revenue if people start leaving. Yes, that simple.

  11. Stop holding me ******* to accessing my email. You call it security, well maybe I don't want all those options that does not allow me access

    Have you ever thought that not everyone has several back up emails or they may be in a situation not having access to all those options you are laying out for extra security? And let that be my option! Yahoo went from asking to just forcing you to use your ways. Should I change emails and drop you? Extra security is appreciated but the way you go about it and practically locking a person out of their email is not cool!!!!!!

    The requirement for an additional device is irritating. It defaulted a device that doesn't generate a code. I can't delete it (It says there must be at least one device), and there is no ability to add a device.

    El contenido que me aparece no es global, sino enteramente para mexicanos. Mi idioma está configurado en Español-Perú. No encuentro otra forma de cambiar esto.
