  1. require member to OPT in to privacy controls instead of automatically doing it for them

    You should require all members to OPT in to the privacy controls and have them off by default.

    Had I known this earlier my experience with yahoo would have been much better. Frankly whenever I get something that is a target add, my default decision is that I will never do any business with that party.

    Yahoo should consider 'members' first policy.

  3. Modify new "unsubscribe" button appearance and/or behavior

    I'm tired of accidentally hitting the much too large too-easy to hit "unsubscribe" button adjacent to every piece of e-mail. I've often missed the 3 second opportunity to take back my mistake. Some of us senior citizens just don't have the quick reflexes and motor coordination that the designers of the new Yahoo mail must have. Please do one or more of the following modifications to the current GUI: (1) in settings, make the display of the "unsubscribe" button optional, (2) make the button about 1/3 the size of the current size, and/or (3) add an "are you sure you…

  6. How about NOT making AI required?

    I think it's offensive and invasive that in order to use your services you REQUIRE us to allow AI to access our inboxes, even if we opt out of all AI services. As soon as I figure out how to properly migrate the account I've had for decades, I will be leaving yahoo because of this.

    I want to know why I am seeing links and articles to sites and topics I have no interest in, yet continue to populate when I am signed in to Yahoo. Also, why do I keep seeing the same articles days after them being released? Where is the refresh on the site so we do not have to keep seeing the same stuff?

    In my Yahoo fantasy app there are ad banners. I think it's obnoxious but I understand you got to make money. Stop sending me dating advertisements. I am a married man. I do not visit dating sites. I do not want to visit dating sites. And if my wife sees that she's going to get ******. Stop it!

    I have a problem with my email iandijani@yahoo.com, it's full and I can't send or receive any messages. I also can't pay to increase my storage space. I live in Saudi Arabia and every time I try to pay with a Visa card through your website, the payment process doesn't complete due to some error. I don't know why!
