  2. Issue with my email

    Dear Yahoo Support,

    I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account.

    I can log in to my Yahoo account successfully, but I cannot send or receive any emails.

    Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

    Reset my Yahoo account password.
    Removed and added the account again on my Apple Mail.
    Deleted unnecessary emails to free up storage.
    Tried using different networks.
    The error message I receive in Apple Mail is:
    "Cannot Send Mail. The connection to the outgoing server 'apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com' failed."

    I also tested my account after changing my password, but the issue remains the same.

  8. Allowing you clowns to sale my information

    I have at least a half dozen times adjusted my setting to allow you dumb ***** to sale my information just to view articles which is ******* ridiculous. Yet every time I login and view articles once again those notations that I need to change my settings show up again because you ******* dumb ***** do not know how to write software.

  9. An easy way to stop xrated emails.

    There has to be a way to stop all those male oriented disgusting emails that are in my spam folder. I'm not even a male. Do something to stop them. I've tried every filter I can think of and nothing stops them

  11. Block email **** solicitations

    Although I pay for Yahoo Plus, I receive about 20 unwanted and undeserved sexual solicitations in my Yahoo Mail every day. They go directly to my “Junk Mail,” but I would like someone to adjust my algorithm! I am not looking for a lesbian hook up.

    Please respect our screen use .Ads block our view and are very intrusive. Create a little emoji face not entire Ad. Then we can click on a small 🦐 like this for food or or gymnastics 🦾 or business🚕 emoji not 🚫 huge AD.

  15. Tone down the AI suggested trash

    I would REALLY REALLY would like to minimize my interactions with your AI {because it's WRONG about me}.
    It suggests DISTRACTING GARBAGE on my homepage. Because the You Tube AI tries to show me THE SAME VIDEOS. I understand that "right now" I'm posting to ANOTHER AI, I just hope that a real life people type person, actually reads this.

    Recently my fantasy baseball schedule times were no longer to my local time zone. Even though all my signed in devices show SD or LA in California, my time zone is showing Chicago. I have precise location on. This is only on browser, luckily the app still shows correct game times.
