  2. Make the help pages accurate

    There is no point having help say when I want to change my phone number, "Clck Edit" when there is no such thing on the screen. There is also no point saying that my phone number is verfied when it does not turn up as an option.

  6. I SIGN IN TO YAHOO ACCOUNT, ENTER EMAIL AND PASSWORD BUT THEN MAIL ICON AT RIGHT HAND OF MAIN PAGE quickly DISAPPEARS PREVENTING ME TO GET I

    Fix sign into mail, I sign in with account and password it takes me to main yahoo home page but then the signin and Mail ICon QUICKLY disappears PREVENTING ME FROM SIGNING in to mail
    Please Fix, I have checked all settings on my computer ITS NOT ME ITS YAHOO.COM.. I am about to change mail carrier if not fixed you lose me as a customer

  7. Actually remember me should work and not have to sign in again and again

    Actually work would be nice. I have to use a code that is sent to me. Even though I create a new password and say, 'remember me' it doesn't and I have to go through the entire process again.

  9. How do I get the right location is there a map or something the state is right but its the wrong city ?

    There should be a way to change the location for as long as I can remember its been wrong I would like to get the right city on all of my email account thanks

  10. Yahoo Mail in Chrome browser is unusable RN

    The latest 23 items in my inbox are visible, older items are shown only as a greyed out bar. When I click into a mail item, NONE of the action buttons, like Back, Star, Reply, Forward, etc, work - it's like the button is there, but the link to the destination has been removed. It's basically unusable.
    Works fine in Firefox, but Chrome is broken.

  11. Outlook login issues

    Here's an idea. Please make it so Outlook 365 doesn't log me out of my Yahoo account every 3 hours. The idea of using Outlook is to centralize my email delivery so I don't have to visit 5 websites to check all of my addresses. The ease of that application is defeated by having a login window appear 5 times a day.

  12. I have language set to US English but it appears that it's using UK spelling

    Can't seem to change spelling check language to US English. Tried changing to another language and then back with no luck. Tried clearing history, no luck there either

  17. does yahoo care to help

    i keep having the same issue, i go thru all the motions to fix it and it just loops with no help. does not seem yahoo cares unless you throw money at them? maybe yahoo is obsolete and gmail is the way to go? i bet no one will address this issue! bet!

    I try to give my Finnish phone number but you say it is invalid. I try to give a UK number but a verification code never arrives.
