  4. Reintroduce ability to add images or logos to the email signature

    It is really important to be able to add graphical images or logos to email signatures, especially if the Yahoo email is being used for work (paid or voluntary), as this adds credibility to the email. Otherwise, it means having to migrate to a different email platform and bin using Yahoo! Mail.

    Why am I Blocked from Posting? All of my comments that were blocked were well thought out constructive information. Just go back and check.
    I don't spam and overall polite. What the Heck? When a message is blocked, your system only refers us to the Rules and so I review them over again and see that I have never broken any of the rules. Your program should actually advise which rule specifically is being broken when a Post is being rejected. Very frustrating.

  14. Remove multiple logons

    I had 33 logons to Yahoo, all were legitimate, but, obviously, I didn't need all of them. But, there was no way to do all at once (except for the current one, of course). So, I had to scroll through each and every one in the list, then click one of them, then click "delete", then click "are you sure" (or whatever). Very tedious. Add a "delete all but current" functionality, or a checkbox next to each with an "all or none" option, after which the user can decide which to select/omit. Thank you.

  18. ACTUALLY SUPPLY HELP WHEN IT's AN ACCOUNT ISSUE!!!!!!!

    I have been charged $5/month for a very long time -- despite that I have reported that the Upgrade to Mail+ was added to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! It was to go on my "Primary" account (professional communications with professional title). Yahoo, in all it's wisdom, UPGRADED MY PERSONAL< FAMILY ACCOUNT.
    How does someone actually reach a person to explain the problem and GET MY $$$ BACK!!! I have had these email accounts for OVER 50 YEARS!!!!

    I was around when the first "Bug" was found in the GIANT COMPUTER.

  19. I cannot add my Yahoo mail account to my iPhone mail app.

    I can add a gmail or Outlook account, just not the Yahoo account. Once I try to connect the account, there is no "done" button to complete the merge, only a cancel button.

    AI will be making users life more difficult than easier for sometime to come. No longer can you get a simple question answered online without spending an hour clicking through useless comments from anyone BUT the company themselves. You will have to pay in order to receive the luxury consumers once knew as "customer service". Heaven forbid id you click any link to another account page as you will have to login in and go through security checks again (unless you disable the security features put in place to secure your account to begin with).
