  1. Link to delete does not work. Yahoo chat bot can't understand simple question. I am out of here Yahoo.

    I attempted to Delete a Yahoo account today, I think there's no point of keeping Yahoo or Google Account. Its time to move to Microsoft completely. However, to my surprize, there's no way yahoo allows you to do that.

    The link https://yahoo.mydashboard.oath.com/delete-my-account does not open.

    So I asked chat bot to provide me with the support email address where I can post a manual request, and chat bot does everything else apart from what I have requested.

    Yahoo, you are too behind in Race.

    Do something impressive, otherwise your existence is a question.

  2. Important E-Mails getting disappeared

    While trying to access my Yahoo mail today, I was unable to find many important emails which were stored in a custom folder named ‘Vibha mail prints’. These emails were moved from the Inbox folder to the above-mentioned folder somewhere around the dates November 11 to November 14, 2022. These emails are extremely important for me as they have to be utilised in a legal court case. I am sure that those missing emails were not accidentally deleted by me. You are humbly requested to kindly resolve this matter and restore the missing emails.

  3. All security and passwords changed and verified but on the app it wont be unlocked for a year now

    For a whole year i havent been able to unlock one of my emails. I keep unlocking it on the internet and on the app it always shows up as locked with the red exclamation mark. Ive been sending help emails repeatedly but it never gets addressed on the app. Should i just delete the app all together??

  12. Comments section is unusable after initial post.

    I get notifications that my comments are being liked or replied to. When I click the “view in conversation” or reply to “John”, the link brings me directly to the comment for approximately 1 second (not exaggerating) and then IMMEDIATELY back to the top of the comments section. There is zero ability to go back and comment when this happens. ADDITIONALLY… when clicking the alerts bell next to my name in a comments section, I can click the notification that “John replied” or “bill liked” your comment. The same thing happens. I’m immediately taken to my comment and then immediately…

  15. My account settings specify "English" as language - yet the whole interface, the "news" and all ads are in German. WHY?

    When setting language "X" in personal info - make sure the interface, ads and the news REALLY ARE in that language that was specified. I mean, how hard can it be? Also - wasn't a problem in the past, so it CAN be fixed!
