Why, as a subscriber, don't I get better support when I've got a problem? 99.99% of the time, Yahoo is brilliant, but when you have a problem, it's dire. I had to turn to Goggle to get an answer. Surely that bothers you?

Better support for subscribers
I have just spent over an hour trying to get outlook to read my yahoo emails, something that its done for many years. There was no solution on Yahoo, so I turned to Google where it says two way authentication is needed. As a subscriber to Yahoo, I expect BETTER support.

I have expressed very fair and reasonable views in a polite and mature way that have been rejected because somebody's "self-esteem" might be offended. ****. Please, we're grownups. fix the sound that the pop up videos make when you x them out which is loud and a burst of sound sucos when you just want to read at night
when I exit out of a pop up video it makes a burst of sound and it is especially concerning at night time when others are sleeping or you dont want to draw a bunch if attention to yourself could be dangerous
