  2. Member Center is OK. But there seems to be no way to print daily events on Yahoo calandar, which makes it useless as far as I am concerned

  4. Allow old phone #s to be removed. Every time i get a new phone you want to send confirmation to a old number!

    Just allow easy removal or auto update to new number. Having the email + password can't get me in because YOU PEOPLE keep wanting to send confirmation to a # that is DEAD, disconnected, "no longer in service",& GONE! Please help!

  6. I GOT 2 MAILS IN MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE THAT SAYS MY EMAIL WILL EXPIRE

    I got emails regarding email expiration that shows it's from yahoo itself and mention ticket-related stuff that I'm not aware of. It was not in English but turned out it was Mongolian stuff I don't know how.

    Well guys, it seems that after many WEEKS, you STILL can't get comments right. EVERY article that I get a notification about, clicking on the 'reply to...' button, brings me to the article, however, I have to "sign in to post', even though I AM signed in. Click the button several times, give it my password several times, and the button STILL says 'sign in to post'. The page SHOWS that I am logged in, but, comments seem to be unable to figure that out.     Please give us the option to completely block sources. The 'See Less' option simply does not work. I use it for one source EVERY time I see it yet every time I login there is something on the page from the source.

  15. Hacker diverted my emails to his IMAP device and Yahoo makes it impossible to delete. Need one click, not new password, to delete.

    Nigerian hacked my emails and stopped me from receiving incoming ones. Yahoo requires a "new password" on his account to revoke the connection. Only after 9 hours Yahoo still refuses to allow me to delete with a password because of "too many password attempts. Try later."

  16. Why can't I remove the email linked to my child account. He's not around anymore so I want to remove it and Yahoo doesn't allow it???

    This is just stupid that yahoo won't let me delete my childs email address that is in my Yahoo mail "Personal Info" section under "Child Accounts". When you hit the edit button it will not let you remove that email when you no longer want it there. ???? WHY?!

  19. Don't make people give a shady over-the-phone payment for simple assistance

    doesn't feel safe at all giving over my CC info on the phone. i would pay the fee if i could get into my account but how can i be sure that will even happen? if i pay for the service through paypal on the computer with a different yahoo account, can i use that for help getting into another account? If so, i will do it, but i am NOT giving credit card info over the phone.

  20. Please discontinue the paid premium Yahoo support phone number.I recently

    I cannot change my phone number, because I don't have the number and don't remember when in the **** I made the account. Yahoo's only **** option is "make a new account". When I need to pay bills and keep in touch with family, this is not in my greater convenience. And they want you to pay, just to be told to suck a lemon. Horrible customer service.
