  4. I just opened a letter and read one of the attachments then the letter and attachments disappeared. Can't find it!!!!!!

    I just opened a letter from my loan officer and read one of the PDF attachments. When I returned to read the other attachment, a letter of prequalification to be used by my realtor, the letter and attachments disappeared. Can't find it !!!!!! Where did it go? Where did it go!!!!@?

    It turned up later in my spam folder but it was not available to the search.

    I have tried to access my old emails both received and sent but found that they are no longer available. I checked on trash and on archives and spams but there was nothing.

    Marking “not spam” does not train Yahoo email that forthcoming newsletter will go to inbox - Suggest revisions to Document SLN-28056. Also I’ve tried adding the sender to my contacts. Week after week, I find the newsletter in spam and need to retrieve it.
