  3. what happened to the main screen layout?

    the main Yahoo screen has been significantly changed as of 2/15/24. It now looks like every other news site and has a major reduction in available information. I can't scroll down through the stories. This change has significantly hampered my ability to use the site

  5. Correct directions to change location. There is no information under manage locations

    I'm sick of having to change my location because yahell shows it was being 150 miles from where I actually live. There is no clear direction on how to change it in manage locations

  13. NZ User, Have lost many emails and there's no support available

    I am a user from New Zealand, many of my emails have been lost within a day and the worst thing is, I can't even get the support from yahoo team, even though i am willing to pay.     I have changed my last name several years ago, and it still shows my previous last name.

    Emails still show old last name on outgoing emails even though I’ve updated last name in account settings numerous times! Not an uncommon problem according to research. It’s a big deal to have the incorrect last name on important emails! Please fix!!!!!
