  1. Inprove 2 step verification; it should never be more than one extra step

    Cell phone notification, or (better yet) a security question is sufficient. Sometimes more than one step is required, and that second one always involves identifying objects in small pictures, which is extremely difficult for seniors and others with vision issues. I am just about ready to give up on my decades-old yahoo mail account if I keep getting those. Yesterday it took me 9 pages of pictures. Bah! Humbug!

  4. No option to add security key. Please catch up to rest of the world!

    I have couple of Yubico security keys. Unlike Google, Github or any other big services, Yahoo doesn't have this option.

    When I use VPN with Yahoo, it takes me all over the place. Like weather in Washington DC - I'm in Dallas. Like adds from Seattle. Still on Dallas. We need some way to work correctly with Yahoo to make VPN settings easy for us dumb folks.

  8. Don't use VPN locations for my weather location. Let me state the home location and don't change it back secretly.

    Weather location is always a server farm location picked by the VPN. So, it is never where the Yahoo user is located. Let the user identify the home location.

  9. Why are my comments immediately blocked if I did not break yahoo comment rules?

    I would like to know why all of my comments are being blocked. I had someone who disagreed with a post I made about bilingual education (I am a bilingual educator who responded respectfully and knowledgeably to his comment, in which he and did not get blocked, despite namecalling in the original post). Since then, any comment I make, whether it be a simple "yes", "agreed", or affirmation (like today's attempted comment about Anderson Cooper, "I deeply respect this man"), has been blocked, supposedly because it does not meet Yahoo comment protocols. I am curious why I am being 100%…

    I demand that you quit making us proving we are who we say we are. I know no one else with yahoo accounts that are being put through this ****.
