  1. Tell people exactly what word in a comment, triggered Yahoo's "Community Guidelines"

    The subject article was about the passing of Phillies pitcher Curt Simmons. I was replying to another commenter. It was rejected. I somehow violated "community guidelines". My comment was about baseball and baseball stats. There was no derogatory, racial, sexist, hateful, in-your-face etc., word in my reply. Hey Yahoo, if you're going to reject a comment, tell the person exactly what word triggered your "community guidelines". Maybe you should dial back your algorithm sensitivity switch a little.

    I call in about a security feature and got "Joe Cool" Customer Service Rep..... I could not get straight answers.... Way to dissuade people for reaching out to the yahoo mothership for help

  5. I need to delete the list of blocked addresses. All 967 addresses have been recycled so this list is moot

    Your "blocked" list is useless. All the spam companies have been allowed to function with new addresses by you. I refuse to pay for a "service" that provides nothing to add more spam companies to this "blocked" list. Your filter doesn't function either.

  6. Finger print/Facial Recognition Feature

    The facial recognition and/or fingerprint feature worked for about a week and hasn’t since. Error message pops up. After months of trying, I deleted it. And I’ve not changed my looks nor hairstyle.

  11. It would be nice to read a news article/comments without yahoo changing the page

    My crazy idea would be yahoo allowing me to read a full article WITH comments before automatically changing the page to something else (desktop). If I wanted to click off the page, I would simply do that.

    I hope this is a glitch?

    Can't use my Yahoo-Mail account in Outlook anymore!!!!!! That's a huge and critical problem. As I can see are there already uncountable requests to you, to get this severe problem fixed!!!

    Why are you not able to fix it, it materially erodes our ability to use your platform effectively using Outlook and other desktop apps?
