  4. Re Block Commercial Emails

    Today, for the first time a message from the warranty company for my new house could not send me a message - they were advised I had blocked commercial emails. I don't even know to do that! How can I fix this problem so they can email me?

    Send the unique verification code by Both text and email. If your email is only on a desktop system and you are using a laptop or mobile device that does not have email, the text is essential.

  6. Get rid of captcha.

    Captcha is incredibly difficult and many of the descriptions don't adequately describe what it is looking for. Makes me so mad, I don't want to ever use Yahoo again. User name, password and the unique code is enough!

  12. I want to be able to shut off autoplay on adds

    Give the option to turn off auto play on ads. It is terrible to be in a virtual meeting and ads open up from Walgreens

    Every time I open an yahoo article and there's a video for it, for some reason you want to cram it down our throats. STOP! If we want to watch the video then give us that choice! There should be no pop-up video period! And since there is, I should be able to disable it with one (1) click, not have it pop out at me every time I try to scroll down my screen.

  19. I wrote to you my inability to receive my emails to my cellphone as used to get.

    Since my password was not recognized for a few days on Aug 10th again I had to give a new password. Now the desktop email system is working, but my cellphone is not. It is asking for a new password, whereas earlier both desktop and cellphone worked on one password.

    Why do you allow people to post the term "***********" ? It goes against your own guidelines! I understand the fact that your company is a private identity! However when you allow extremists to post and censor posts that go the other way, it rips your guidelines to shreds! I know, you just don't care and you have an agenda!
