  3. sending email with all the private/personal information

    Do to have any kind of DATA PROTECTION ??
    When you send me an email telling me I have logged in via the web, why do you list my entire phone number and recovery email address?
    IF someone else had "hacked" my Yahoo email, they would know ALL my personal details! Have you ever thought of that ??
    Also you first text me a code to login, so what is the point of your email to me with all the details and IP etc. etc. ???

  4. sort by sender

    Please bring back the "sort by sender" option! I get so many emails and used to be able to sort by sender, but that option from the pull-down menu is gone! It just says sort "newest" "oldest" "unread" "starred". Not sure why that was removed, but it was so helpful. Please bring it back, thanks!

    Your FAQs are **** as i ran in to a problem viewing emails this morning, Tuesday 28/06. looking at the help system i could find anything relating to myy issue. being able to type a specific help request would be very useful in this circumstance otherwise what is the point of using Yahoo, which before today i have had problem using early 21st century.

    I am not understanding why Yahoo removed a google account, in fact, I had just asked Yahoo to please help support me, w. recovering google and all accounts that I want to recover, including my last pc. died after a Microsoft update, I bought a new pc, and ALL MY Personal info had changed, ie phone numbers, last name change, just all new info, w a new pc/IP address, and now Google and Microsoft I have another Yahoo account as well, none of which will trust me, doesn't help I forgot passwords, so whatever help I can get would be…
