  4. Are you checking your news articles for trojan horses or hackers? Happened to me many times

    Hacker seem to be getting into your news articles. Many times these people have tried to make me pay them. What are you doing about this?

    please make multiple 2 step verify option, like as Authenticator app is first, and SMS second as per request. and please make backup 2step code list option like google and fb.

  6. where is my payment info? You didn't even send a message that I was going to be charged!

    I wake up and find that Yahoo debited my bank account.
    No notification.
    You could have sent an email!
    (You do provide an email service; why not use it)
    I have spent a half hour trying to find where my ACCOUNT INFO is located and how I can update my payment information, for example I did not want my bank debited.
    What kind of operation do you have?
    Is it time to convert to GMAIL?

  9. PLEASE FIX the problem of NOT letting us members to REMOVE/DELETE previously verified Recovery Email Addresses! This is Ridiculous!!! :(

    I have searched through web for the alternative methods, but nothing has really worked.
    I REALLY need to remove my INACTIVE Old email address from my Recovery Email Address list.
    Why Yahoo is NOT FIXING the problem?!?!?!

  13. I'm not sure if you can help

    I'm 83 yrs. and not very good with my computer. I don't even have a cell phone. I think I've messed something up with my yahoo mail. I used to get several emails daily (mostly advertising that I didn't mind). Now I'm only getting one or two, or none on a daily basis. I'm sure I screwed something up while trying to make changes to my Yahoo email. Would appreciate someone giving me instructions on how to correct. Don't know if its necessary but I give full permission to look into my account. Thank you.

  15. Issue with my email

    Dear Yahoo Support,

    I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account.

    I can log in to my Yahoo account successfully, but I cannot send or receive any emails.

    Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

    Reset my Yahoo account password.
    Removed and added the account again on my Apple Mail.
    Deleted unnecessary emails to free up storage.
    Tried using different networks.
    The error message I receive in Apple Mail is:
    "Cannot Send Mail. The connection to the outgoing server 'apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com' failed."

    I also tested my account after changing my password, but the issue remains the same.
