  3. Are you checking your news articles for trojan horses or hackers? Happened to me many times

    Hacker seem to be getting into your news articles. Many times these people have tried to make me pay them. What are you doing about this?

  4. please make backup option for 2 step verify

    please make multiple 2 step verify option, like as Authenticator app is first, and SMS second as per request. and please make backup 2step code list option like google and fb.

  5. where is my payment info? You didn't even send a message that I was going to be charged!

    I wake up and find that Yahoo debited my bank account.
    No notification.
    You could have sent an email!
    (You do provide an email service; why not use it)
    I have spent a half hour trying to find where my ACCOUNT INFO is located and how I can update my payment information, for example I did not want my bank debited.
    What kind of operation do you have?
    Is it time to convert to GMAIL?

    How about a dialog box that asks you to type your new password in again to confirm it.

  8. PLEASE FIX the problem of NOT letting us members to REMOVE/DELETE previously verified Recovery Email Addresses! This is Ridiculous!!! :(

    I have searched through web for the alternative methods, but nothing has really worked.
    I REALLY need to remove my INACTIVE Old email address from my Recovery Email Address list.
    Why Yahoo is NOT FIXING the problem?!?!?!

  14. Make default changes for calendar, I want to have it come up as a month when I open it up.

    Calendar, I want to have as my preference that it show a month and not a week as it's default. Please fix so that is possible. We should be able to set that as our default I would hope!! Thanks, Greg

  19. Having a way of clarifyinf communication

    By deleting suspected messages of threat from scammers to delete ones account. I have recently recieved two of such messages. Some times its confusing if the message or instruction is from Yahoo
