    Dear Yahoo Support Team,

    I have been a loyal Yahoo user since 1998, and my account remains active to this day. I greatly value the services Yahoo provides and would be honored if there were any way to receive a token of recognition for longtime users—such as a special badge, acknowledgment, or any other form of appreciation.

  3. How about NOT making AI required?

    I think it's offensive and invasive that in order to use your services you REQUIRE us to allow AI to access our inboxes, even if we opt out of all AI services. As soon as I figure out how to properly migrate the account I've had for decades, I will be leaving yahoo because of this.

  9. You can get the Classic Yahoo Mail Interface back after being forced to change to the "new" interface

    -- Click the 3 horizontal dots in the left column of the Yahoo Mail page.
    -- A new list of options appears.
    -- Click Settings.
    -- A new list of options appears
    -- Find "Switch to basic Mail" and click it. The old interface is restored.

  10. A More Tailored Experience

    I want to know why I am seeing links and articles to sites and topics I have no interest in, yet continue to populate when I am signed in to Yahoo. Also, why do I keep seeing the same articles days after them being released? Where is the refresh on the site so we do not have to keep seeing the same stuff?

    In my Yahoo fantasy app there are ad banners. I think it's obnoxious but I understand you got to make money. Stop sending me dating advertisements. I am a married man. I do not visit dating sites. I do not want to visit dating sites. And if my wife sees that she's going to get ******. Stop it!

    I have a problem with my email iandijani@yahoo.com, it's full and I can't send or receive any messages. I also can't pay to increase my storage space. I live in Saudi Arabia and every time I try to pay with a Visa card through your website, the payment process doesn't complete due to some error. I don't know why!
