    AI will be making users life more difficult than easier for sometime to come. No longer can you get a simple question answered online without spending an hour clicking through useless comments from anyone BUT the company themselves. You will have to pay in order to receive the luxury consumers once knew as "customer service". Heaven forbid id you click any link to another account page as you will have to login in and go through security checks again (unless you disable the security features put in place to secure your account to begin with).     I check my mail from various computers & devices like NORMAL people. Stop making me get a code after every time I checked mail from some other device. How about I let you know if there is a problem with the account I check several times a day!!!

  4. Yahoo login issue - unable to login

    I have a verified recovery email and phone attached to my account and I have recently reset my password. However, every time I try to login to my account, YAHOO will not let me - it forces me to reset password.
    Either YAHOO's login page is broken or this is a very cheap tactic to force me to buy their premium support services.

Perhaps it would be useful to return to this feature?As it is, earlier poor choices remain tacked forever to all email exchanges within the best email system out there, far exceeding Gmail.   14. You need a place to Edit the Verification Methods. I have a new phone but the description is still the old phone. I can't change it.

    Need to have Edit for the phone description when we get a new phone. It shouldn't go by the phone number to think it is still the old phone. This is under Verification Methods.

    I have just had a comment, approved by Yahoo, made to me, that stated " Ok boomer die already" Written by Scooter054! Is this part of your guidelines or should I talk to my Congressman about it? You have constantly red flagged my comments for far less and now this? I request an apology immediately! Your rendition of free speech is definitely one-sided!

    My account was hacked....ATT Sold my number, giving the hacker access to all my info.....she deleted all my google account and used my name, memal then signed on her phone. SHE HACKED MY AMAZON ACCOUTN AND ACUIRED MY NUMBER....I CANCled
