  2. Everytime I log into my email account now, it asks me to verify my identity through my phone. EVERY TIME.

    Even if I verify my identity 10 times in one day, my account is now permanently flagged as suspicious for some reason and I have to use 2fa that I can't disable. It's incredibly inconvenient and after all these years I finally wish I can leave Yahoo Mail, but now they charge money for auto-forwarding so I literally have to pay them money for the privilege of leaving them. Thanks Yahoo.

  7. Real problem composing and sending a new e-mail from my desktop yahoo mail version.

    It is inserting a reply-to field already filled in with my yahoo e-mail address and I cannot delete or change it instead I follow the steps described in Help.

  11. Why is my account flagged for suspicious activity when under Recent Activity all sign-ins are from my device & IP address?

    I can no longer sign in to Yahoo mail without having a code emailed to my recovery gmail account. In order to sign in to gmail, google is now calling me with another code. All sign-ins are from the same device, location and IP address I have been using for years. (No sign of supsicious activity.) What is going on?

  13. Is there an easy way for Yahoo mail to recognize all of my personal devices? I don't want account key codes for my personal devices!!!!

    Is Yahoo mail capable for recognizing my personal devices or not. I am tired of stupid account key codes sent to my cell phone when using my personal devices! I want an easy way to quickly access my email on my personal devices. Also, I don't want to have to pay for it!!!!

  15. Make Customer Support accessible a) in the UK and b) without subscription

    When my account is closed without notification I would like to be able to contact someone to resolve it rather than be told:
    a) I need to pay for Yahoo Plus to get customer support
    b) then being told it's not available in my country
