    This is ridiculous. I agree with other users that either fix it or admit you will never do so. I am about to de-activate my account because of this incredibly poor user support and experience.

  3. the correct spelling of my last name

    it appears that yahoo will not allow me to spell my name correctly. it is Chadick and not Chadwick which it will allow. can that be fixed?

  9. Let Me Delete My Account Today!!!

    I created a free email account for an employee this morning who is no longer with me as of noon today. i tried multiple times to delete it but got a message saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." I have tried for over two hours. I had NO subscriptions! Out of desperation, I signed up for a Yahoo Plus Secure FREE? 30 Day trial to get access to premium customer service, and oxymoron with Yahoo. I called and got tech support who was absolutely no help, but they transferred me to billing and said they could close…

  13. Get past the blatant lies regarding trying to "fix" App Passwords and show some respect.

    It's hard to imagine how what used to be a respectable entity has completely turned their back on users who, by choice, wish to make do with a email client of their choosing. Cannot fathom how Yahoo can continue those lies about attempting to fix the App Password generator. If, indeed, the techs can't get to the bottom of it THEY SHOULD BE FIRED ALONG WITH THE TOP BRASS!

    Yahoo has serious flaw in mobile version, i send a mail from the Desktop, when i see the same mail from mobile, there is difference in text.
