  3. what happened to my other email account? Suddenly not there!! Not like I've not used it in a long time. Not good. Feedback here is worthless

  5. Sent emails disappearing

    All my sent emails disappeared. It first happened to only sent emails that were sent on October 2021. And now, all sent emails have disappeared. They aren't in any of folders, such as deleted mails, archived etc.
    How can I solve this issue?

  6. Outlook app not syncing since you forced password update on me

    My Outlook app stopped syncing new email. Went to my desktop and noticed it was forcing me to update my password which I did. But Outlook still not downloading any new mail. You done messed it all up!!

  7. It's impossible! They won't replace my old phone number on my acct with my new one when I've lost that phone! What a mess!

    I just want my old account opened again which I lost from logging out last night and can't remember my last password. Very sad. Old phone number that's gone is their only way to make it sure it's mine?? Ridiculous!

  17. Progressive Web App

    Could you make an actual weather icon for the Yahoo PWA? On Chromebooks, the yahoo app from the play store doesn't work very well (no horizontal view) which is why I downloaded the web app. However, the icon is just the yahoo logo. This doesn't look quite as nice as if it showed the weather icon.

  18. Please block out private information for secondary verification

    I have Two Factor Authorization on and when I went to log into my Yahoo this morning, none of my private information was blocked or X'd out. No --XXXX or anything.

    This is a huge security risk. I don't know why it's like this now, because the Yahoo Mail site did it before, but anyone trying to get into an email can now get the other emails or phone numbers to spoof from this way if they try to access an account.
