  3. Yahoo is forcing consumers to buy their products

    I am logging in to my yahoo account with an account key and it won't show. Then my password suddenly is not accepted. Then the verification code sent so late that the timer expires.

    This manipulations to force me to contact Yahoo support to purchase products is really bad. This will make consumers switch to other emaii companies.

  6. Can Yahoo please support TOTP, FIDO, passwordless auth etc?

    Can yahoo please, please, please modernize their auth stack and get to something at least half-way decent? We are in the dark ages here with Yahoo! Can we please get the ability to sign in using Yubikeys, or authenticator apps? Yahoo's auth stack feels archaic to the point where even municipal utility companies are doing better these days.

  7. I just opened a letter and read one of the attachments then the letter and attachments disappeared. Can't find it!!!!!!

    I just opened a letter from my loan officer and read one of the PDF attachments. When I returned to read the other attachment, a letter of prequalification to be used by my realtor, the letter and attachments disappeared. Can't find it !!!!!! Where did it go? Where did it go!!!!@?

    It turned up later in my spam folder but it was not available to the search.

  14. I called your 24/7 number, got an incomplete recording, and was then disconnected. Fix this please!

    Fix your 24/7 phone service so that it works. The number 800 305 7664 is supposed to lead to a live person, but I got a recording that was disconnected mid-sentence and followed by a busy signal.

    I have tried to access my old emails both received and sent but found that they are no longer available. I checked on trash and on archives and spams but there was nothing.

  19. Re Block Commercial Emails

    Today, for the first time a message from the warranty company for my new house could not send me a message - they were advised I had blocked commercial emails. I don't even know to do that! How can I fix this problem so they can email me?

  20. Get rid of captcha.

    Captcha is incredibly difficult and many of the descriptions don't adequately describe what it is looking for. Makes me so mad, I don't want to ever use Yahoo again. User name, password and the unique code is enough!
