  5. phone number, will not accept my number because "used on too many accounts", it's the only frigging number I have! What a joke!

    cannot add number "used by too many accounts". it's the only **** number I have, what the **** am I supposed to do, buy a phone just for yahoo, no thanks, I'll swap out yahoo instead!

  6. For the first time in a long time I checked my SPAN Act. All there was XXRated. I do not subscrible to anything of that sort.

    GET RID OF ALL THE XXRATED GARBAGE FILLING MY SPAM EMAIL. I NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBED TO ANY OF THAT. HOW DO I DUMP OR DISCOURAGE ALL OF IT. VERY EMBARASSING.

  8. YOUR SECURITY STINKS. I HAVE HAD A HIGH NUMBER OF ALERTS ON MY PRIVACY MONITORING AND THE ONLY INFORMATION ALWAYS IS MY YAHOO INFO

    I had over 12 alerts on my privacy information getting out - it is always this email (and yahoo is not my only email !) - but always the yahoo email is listed !!!

  12. sending email with all the private/personal information

    Do to have any kind of DATA PROTECTION ??
    When you send me an email telling me I have logged in via the web, why do you list my entire phone number and recovery email address?
    IF someone else had "hacked" my Yahoo email, they would know ALL my personal details! Have you ever thought of that ??
    Also you first text me a code to login, so what is the point of your email to me with all the details and IP etc. etc. ???

  13. sort by sender

    Please bring back the "sort by sender" option! I get so many emails and used to be able to sort by sender, but that option from the pull-down menu is gone! It just says sort "newest" "oldest" "unread" "starred". Not sure why that was removed, but it was so helpful. Please bring it back, thanks!

  17. I've two Yahoo accounts which I use as recovery Emails against each other. I can't open the two Emails same time to get the Codes sent by Ya

    Please re-configure your system to allow customers who have two different Yahoo accounts to open them simultaneously from the same Laptop to be able to see and use security codes sent in to confirm as recovery Emails. Thanks.

    Your web site, web page is LOUSY. You can't do any correction and if you have problems, you have to pay to get corrections or assistance. I have been with yahoo since the 90's and if I had to do it again, you can be sure that I would not use yahoo and I will never recommend it to anybody I know.
