  13. Let our customers change the recovery phone number sor email address without calling and paying your customer care that's an easy task to do

    Let somebody change the recovery email or phone number you should not have to do that through the customer care and pay for it it can be verified very simply on their new phone number so I don't know why it's being charged this is unbelievable some people like me can't afford to pay customer care in my resume is on there and I'm trying to find a job and got laid off of my other one but you want to charge me to get into my Yahoo it's unbelievable and it's disgraceful

    You are the teckies. Get the pages in EMAIL to be more user friendly. I have no idea how to change my EMAIL page so I can read it comfortably because the settings to change anything are so difficult to find.

  20. Yahoo does not accept Authy code when trying to add 2FA.

    After scanning QR code, Authy adds Yahoo account to list. Yahoo asks to enter code. Yahoo does not accept code 'Invalid Code'. Attempted numerous times until it said try again later. I de-installed account in Authy, went through process again and received same result.
