  5. stop making me sign in wit 2 party verification every 2 hours!! Yes my laptop is securely locked down. Deal with it

    There is no threat to my sign in process. I know that you hate to be unable to track me because I have my laptop locked down. Just deal with it and stop harrassing me whenever I attempt to sign in.

  6. Why is my account locked at times? I've done nothing wrong. I have to go though unnecessary steps to check my email. I'm not hacked!

    I've linked two yahoo accounts and provided a phone number, and still have to do back flips to access my accounts! There is no suspicious activity! It is me trying to access my accounts!

  9. Don't block login on a new mobile device!

    Hi
    I just got my brand new smartphone. The worst app to set up is yahoo. Why would you just goa head and block my login attempt, telling me toe come back in an hour with the same device? It's a fantasy sports app, not an ebanking app - and even my ebanking apps are easier to set up. This is beyond ridiculous!

  14. Willow Gallery Art Collective is a collective of 20 members and have always been able to sign in

    All members have been able to sign in to view common emails. This facility has been removed and has resulted in many members trying to sign in and being rejected. No notice of this new yahoo procedure was communicated to us. How can this be resolved ? All the collective need to view all emails sent to our yahoo account

    The 2-step verification forces the use of the iphone Yahoo app. Please stop as it DOES NOT work. What happen to just texting me a code to my iphone?

  17. Make easier to change password.

    I can't seem to change password to get back into my e-mail. I do not have a cell phone so wonder if that is the problem. Not everyone can afford them. Try to make it easier to reset password for we older people.

  20. undo change I made in my account

    I thought I would change my phone to a land phone, so deleated, then it stated to confirm this, they will send me a message - my home phone does have message capability. I went to just put back the mobile phone and I was told my cell number is being used for TOO many accounts. No problem 4 hours ago with my cell phone number...I have only had it for about 6 months. So at this point, the 'rescue my account' message option is dead. How do I fix????
