  1. Can you please stop asking for a code that you are sending to another email that I can't access because you're also asking passcode to that

    Please stop asking for a passcode that you are sending to another email I provided due to unusual logging in. The problem with that is whenever I try to log in to another email, you will again ask for a password to that email where you sent the passcode of the other email, so complicated. No way to open both email due to your passcode that is impossible to open both. I can't see reason that both email is compromised, you can at least give the other email access to open the email to get the password you sent.

    When I try to update my personal details, I use "Kuntao" as my first name, but the page response "Please enter a valid name". Why is my first name invalid ???????

    The font size of our incoming email (inbox) is too small to read comfortably. (This is NOT true when accessing our email on our devices.) Trying to get help correcting this problem - thru your Help link - addresses only "writing (outgoing) emails." How can we increase the font size of entries in our inbox ON OUR DESKTOP?

  12. can't find or change option for time zone in, online help has wrong info

    Maybe it's time for a class action lawsuit against Yahoo like the data breach? No option to change time zone in mail even though the correct time zone is listed within Yahoo calendar. What a mess Yahoo has become.

  14. It would be helpful to be able to BLOCK a user that hacked into my account from the Recent Activity screen

    add "Block" button to Recent Activity page so unrecognized/hacker can be blocked from further attempts to hack into one's Yahoo account.

    I am so sick of the absolute nonsense articles, videos, blah blah blah that shows up on my homepage when I log in to check my email. There does not seem to be any way to customize your homepage. I'm considering deleting my account just so I don't have to have my eyes graze the stupid **** in the feed.
