  1. Why can we not pay annually for Yahoo Mail??

    We used to be able to pay for the upgraded Yahoo Mail annually. Now we are having to pay every, single month. It is beyond annoying. Bring back the annual subscription plan.

  3. Unable to receive auto-fil

    Not an idea...a complaint. I would like to know when the auto-fill on my yahoo email account will be fixed. I notice there's been several complaints online with the same problem. It's been months since this has happened and I'm tired of having to look up everyone's email every single time in order to send something. We've send other emails but nothing gets fixed nor is there any response. Do better Yahoo!

  4. What **** - I cannot send an email without allowing access to my Contacts.

    Total **** that it is now REQUIRING access to my Contacts or I cannot send an email. Totally not happening. Guess I need to find a different email provider.

  8. Allow me to send issues to you without having to sign up for PAID MONTHLY support

    I am currently required to CONSTANTLY login to my Yahoo accounts (through the account prompt for userid/password) in Outlook, even though I have the app password feature setup for them. This just started a week ago and it is super annoying. However, what is even more annoying is that I cannot contact anyone to even report this problem. The only option seems to be to pay $5 PER MONTH to get any attention to this. I don't see any value for paying this much every month for an occasional issue that is clearly something caused by Yahoo.   9. ***** your system requiring me to log into Google mail which requires me to use my phone which I lose a lot, ***** phones for verification.

    Remove the requirement for me to log into another email system which requires me to use my phone which I use a lot. I do NOT want to use my phone for verification especially when it's charging. Let me OPT OUT.

  12. Allow the user to choose what news sources are shown in the feed.

    There are news sources that I prefer more than others. And there are a small number that I do not want to see at all. Allow me to choose what news sources I see on the feed, and allow me to block those that I do not want to see.

  13. Please remove the 2 step verification from my email. I am tired everytime I go to my email I have to receive a code. I use my same computer

    Having to practice the 2 step notification every time I try to sign into my email on my home computer is a problem and a grave hassel. Please show me how to remove that feature. Send comments to sarand49@yahoo.com
