  4. Provide an easy to use Customer Help Availability instead of 2 hours of amost close reading to achieve nothing

    Some time ago my account " dadgates@yahoo.ca " was hacked by some bad people. My header account name was changed from " Edward " to " Eward " leaving out the " d " . Many times I have tried to find a way to correct this and have my header name returned to " Edward " however all I get is the runaround and the runaround and more runaround, countless hours wasted reading a bunch of time wasting, frustrating stuff that achieves NOTHING. Please provide an easy way to solve problems. Thank You ! ! !

  9. Tell me where to access my reminders (that are 10+ years old) to delete them

    I have reminders I set eons ago, telling me it’s my now (eg) 22 year old’s birthday is coming up—her 9th birthday.

    Or my mother’s birthday. She died in the 1990s but I still get a reminder.

If this is the kind of system, If the system is so difficult to log in, you are going to lose a lot of users. I know there are security issues, but to not recognise passwords every now and then is very tiring and troublesome for users.
