  1. Yahoo can help by stop requesting the members to continue change their passwords! And for Yahoo to protect their IT security systems.

    Yahoo Security programmers must build a better password login system of their browser(s). Requesting tge members to keep changing their passwords is getting very redundant! I've had my Yahoo account for decades, but every since that two-bit Donald Trump ran for office it's been total **** on this internet. The people he's friends with are the U.S. enemies, especially Iran, Russia and China. These communist countries are all sabotaging world information systems.   2. It's impossible! They won't replace my old phone number on my acct with my new one when I've lost that phone! What a mess!

    I just want my old account opened again which I lost from logging out last night and can't remember my last password. Very sad. Old phone number that's gone is their only way to make it sure it's mine?? Ridiculous!

    Got notice my account was out of date. Clicked on fix, said I needed to change password, did so and clicked on agree, got message error code 0x8019019a. Can't get mail now. If I can' get help from yahoo without paying, will switch!

  10. You have my connected devices is wrong. It says I am connected to a device in Salisbury North Carolina. I am in Edmonton Alberta Canada.

    How do I delete a wrong device that you say I am connected to. I am and always have been in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Have I been hacked? my name, phone numbers and 2 emails are correct. I need help with this. I have changed my password 2 times in the last 1/2 hour but it still says that I am connected to a device in Salisbury North Carolina.   11. I forgot my password on my main account. And my facebook connected on that email was hacked and harasing me.

    I hope there's a way to contact you without fee specially if one of your people who using yahoomail was being harassed and victim of sextortion, and cant afford to pay for assistance.. My main yahoo mail was hack together with my facebook account. Theres a crime happening online.. I hope u give consideration and provide emergency chat assistance for people like me.. Believe me. You will save a lot of lives.

  13. Stop treating users like criminals & allow us to get into our accounts so we can clean them out if necessary.

    It's really simple. My original e-mail address & password should be sufficient for me to get into my account. I was cut off from the Internet as of 2020 due to a hysterical housing agency and a hysterical state governor. I had NO access AT ALL.

    Recently, I found my account was logged in by some stranger devices from oversea which are unknown and unidentified. Although, I have changed password few times but they still logged in my account? Appreciated to your support and advise what should we do better to protect account?????

  15. Outlook Connectivity is very subpar

    A year ago I paid 80.00 to have my outlook connected to Yahoo Email. And it got disconnected 3 months ago. I called Tech Support and they said that the connectivity feature to Generate an App feature is no longer available. Which means 1) The tech support folks should have told me how to do this to begin with. and 2) I should get my money back since this feature is no longer available. 3) they said they are trying to fix it.....     Hi,
    I received an email, that came from a real domain, a real query.

    The service that suggested I sign up is not allowed where I live.

    But nonetheless, since I keep unique passwords for everything I do, and facts came directly to this email address. Seems to suggest yahoo.com has been hacked, most likely an insider threat.

    I have changed my password and 2 FA appear to have stopped it.

    I have life lock, and norton, and ms anti virus, 2 firewalls, certified at NIST 800v5 171, SOC 3 attation.

  19. Please work to improve 2 factor authentication with the MS Authenticator app: It stops working for weeks at a time, even with renrollment.

    I was faithfully using 2 factor authentication, as encouraged by Yahoo, but it seems to stop working (at least with authenticator apps such as Microsoft Authenticator). Re-enrollment doesn't appear to work and all codes are rejected as "invalid". Please work to improve this, as it's hard to encourage users to use something that works so unreliably.
